Miriam Haskell was an American jewellery designer who is known for creating unique, high-end costume jewellery in the mid-20th century.

Haskell's jewellery designs were notable for their intricate beadwork, use of semi-precious stones, and incorporation of natural elements such as pearls, coral, and shells. Her pieces were often inspired by nature and featured floral and animal motifs.

Haskell's jewellery gained popularity in the 1930s and 1940s, and she opened a boutique in New York City in 1946. Her designs were worn by many notable figures, including Joan Crawford, Lucille Ball, and the Duchess of Windsor.

Today, vintage Miriam Haskell jewellery is highly collectible and prized by collectors and fashion enthusiasts alike.

This stunning vintage necklace features 2-strands turquoise coloured glass beads leading to a centrepiece cluster of glass beads, blue flowers and clear crystal rhinestones in a gold-tone setting.
