We offer store credit or exchange on returned items unless the item has been grossly misrepresented, in which case a refund may be granted. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Once your parcel leaves Australia, we are no longer liable for it. However, if any issues arise, we will do our best to assist you and work with you to find a solution.
